The Position is responsible for leading the overall business strategy, operations, and commercial growth across the given region. This leadership role includes P&L ownership, team management, business development, strategic partnerships, and regional compliance to drive performance and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the regional business strategy aligned with global corporate objectives.
- Provide leadership across commercial, operations, customer service, and finance functions in the region.
- Identify and prioritize new market opportunities and strategic initiatives.
Commercial & Business Development
- Drive top-line revenue growth through key account acquisition and retention.
- Oversee regional pricing strategy, tenders, and contract negotiations.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and government/regulatory bodies.
Operational Oversight
- Ensure high-quality service delivery across all branches and depots in the region.
- Monitor key operational KPIs including cost, service performance, turnaround time, and asset utilization.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to industry regulations, especially for hazardous materials (if ISO tanks/logistics-specific).
Financial & P&L Management
- Own the regional P&L and drive sustainable profitability.
- Implement cost-control measures and optimize resource allocation.
- Provide accurate forecasting and regular business performance reporting.
Team Leadership
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, customer centricity, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure training, compliance, and professional development initiatives are in place.
